The next few photos are from a Pae Bek, a traditional Korean ceremony.




One of the traditions of the Pae Bek is for family members to throw dates that the bride catches in her dress. This signifies how many children the couple will have.






As you can see they ended up with a lot of dates! Their families had fun with this tradition ;)

Marcela & Dan - Garre Winery {Part 1}

Marcela and Dan are two of the sweetest people I've worked with! It was such a treat to spend the day with them for their gorgeous wedding. And they gave me a photographer's dream, lots of time to take photos!! I love when my couples factor in lots of time for portraits. Seeing each other before the ceremony helps with this as we aren't rushing against the clock to the get to the cocktail hour and reception. The grounds of Garre Winery were so gorgeous that I was glad to be able to take advantage of it! I had to break this into two posts, check back soon for Part 2. . . .

Cynthia & Kekoa {Engaged}

One the main requirements for Cynthia and Kekoa's engagement session was that she wanted to hang upside down! So to the playground we went. We were kids again for a little while and enjoyed every minute of it. I can't wait for their 10.10.10 wedding at Thomas Fogarty Winery.

Lilian & Gus {Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery}

Lilian and Gus were married in a sweet ceremony presided over by Gus' sister. The day was warm and sunny as they exchanged vows at the gorgeous Casa Real. You could feel how much these two love each other throughout the entire day! Congrats to you Lilian and Gus!
